Pneumatic reciprocators
For continuous reciprocation of a number of automatic paint, powder or other type of guns.
At last a range of solidly built, well engineered reciprocators at a sensible price. These reciprocators are built from top quality components and designed to provide a long service life. Intelligent pneumatic circuitry design results in very rapid direction reversals at the end of each stroke helping produce an even coating on the workpiece.
Ease of use
Simple and easy to adjust controls allow step less independent variation of both up and down speeds from 200mm/s to 1500mm/s. Opening the full length hinged access door enables easy adjustment of stroke length without tools. The units are mounted on three large diameter castors for ease of positioning or moving from booth to booth. No electricity supply is required for these products enabling them to be used in a solvent environment.
Durability
Gun brackets and arms are aluminium in order to maximise weight carrying capacity.
The slots in both sides of the column are fitted with flexible seals to protect internal parts from the ingress of paint. Circuitry and cylinders have been carefully selected to operate reliably with an uniubricated air supply with the additional benefit that oil is kept well away from the painting area.
Drag chains support air and fluid hoses thereby reducing loads and wear.
The large base and solid construction provides both stability and rigidity and eliminates unwelcome vibrations. It also acts as a useful platform when making adjustments to equipment.
Single and multi gun reciprocators are available in a range of stroke lengths so there is a model to suit virtually all applications. Our standard unit has a 1.5m stroke.
